Councilman Burroughs read the meeting/hearing dates and noted the Oct 15 withdrawal letter. Then at minute 24:55 CM Fisher motioned to "refer the staff to repair an order in accordance to the applicant's withdrawal of the application." During the ensuing vote, CM Fisher thanked the applicant for the withdrawal. No other councilors had comments.
