On 4/22/2025 the 9 members of the PG County Council voted unanimously to "remand" the project back to the County Planning Board!!! (A big win for us!)
The Planning Board needs to reconsider a bunch of issues including:
-a Health Impact Study, and
-Possible graves of enslaved people.

McDonald's Corporation wants to build a new store in the Green Meadows Shopping Center located at East-West Highway (Rt 410) and Ager Road. They will tear down an existing restaurant La Doñita, and cut down the woodlands behind the shopping center to do this. Traffic will increase and make an already dangerous intersection even more deadly for pedestrians and cyclists.
