Dora Perez, owner of La Doñita was not even told her restaurant was slated for demolition until we told her, just 9 days before the Planning Board Hearing, set for October 17th 2024.

After running La Doñita 4907 57th Ave. in Bladensburg for the last three years, owner Dora Perez, who is from El Salvador, opened the second eatery in Hyattsville in February [2021], a restaurant manager told the Hyattsville Wire.
